Worried About Infidelity?

This is the first in a series of articles about the Signs of Infidelity.

Are you dealing with relationship problems at home? Do you think your spouse is being unfaithful to you? If you are struggling with these issues, then you already know how upsetting and unsettling those feelings are.

In this series we will share with you some of the common signs of infidelity. Some of them will surprise you, not because you have never heard of them before, but because you may have come to think of them as normal behaviors on the part of your spouse.

One of the first signs infidelity is emotional withdrawal by the unfaithful party. If your spouse becomes so distant that they begin living their life as if they are single, it could mean they are making plans with someone else. A continuing pattern of lack of interaction in your relationship is a possible sign of infidelity. Of course there may be other causes that only you can determine. There is no guaranteed sign or test for cheating.

Ask yourself if your spouse always has other things to do instead of showing up for family activities. If your partner is no longer interested in the daily life of the family, it can mean their energy is going somewhere else. Does it seem like your partner always has a separate agenda while you are taking the kids to to soccer, gymnastics, and taking care of chores? Stop and think about whether your relationship is just in a bad place right now or your spouse is being unfaithful to you.
