Is This Legal?

Yes! We are not obtaining actual medical records. Those are protected by HIPPA privacy laws. What we are obtaining is confirmation of service provided. So organizations are willing to provide no information. However, most will provide basic confirmation of dates of service, providers name, and sometimes what was treated. This is usually enough information for an experienced attorney or adjuster to know how to move forward with the claim. We will do nothing illegal to gain the information.

 

How Long Does It Take?

We will email the report to you in about 4 working days.

 

Where Do I Search?

Typically, claimants treat near their home or work. An address history is also pulled on every claimant, and we will recommended possible additional search areas of which  you may not be aware.

 

How Far Do You Search? 

We Search a 50 miles radius in each direction from the address provided. We can search in any area in the U.S.

 

What Does the Report Include? 

Reports can include dates of service, body part treated, doctors name, and fax/phone information in order to request the records.
